    hi all, i'm thinking about buying a exercise biketo try get back into some type of shape again. does anyone of a good one to buy? i have seen some on argos etc but not sure what one to get.

    I got one a few years ago after doing my knee, advice would be dont buy a cheap one (as i did). Endedup as an expensive clothes rack

    There are various bikes for exercise like BMX, single speed, stationary bikes, spin bikes etc. The thing is do you want to go out for ride or you intend to workout at home ?
