"Beaming" a signal to another room

I'm just about to move into a new house with TV points everywhere except the dining room, and I'd like TV reception there. There's a point in the kitchen beside it, although not in the shared wall. I really don't want to be knocking holes in walls, or trailing cables, so is there an easier way i.e. a device I can plug into the kitchen TV point that will beam a signal to a receiver in the TV in the next room.

I vaguely remember seeing an ad for a similar device years ago, but googling now gets me all sorts of streaming devices, whereas I want something cheap and simple that'll work for Saorview/Freeview on a compatible TV. We're in the Donegal countryside, so I suspect rabbit's ears won't work.

Transmitter connects to digital receiver. The second unit then connects to whatever TV you want to to watch on.
Remote relay allows changing of channels.

No there is no such device. It would be illegal anyway, only the broadcasters can broadcast.

The only possible way is a set top box in the kitchen with a video sender to the dining room.
