Spotted the A380 earlier and only spotted the sea-serpent when I was looking at the photos later on my computer:

Some fantastic photos and I hope to get some tomorrow. The pictures of the B17 make me all giddy.. )ooh er matron) I would be far from as big an enthusiast as a lot of people on the aviation forum, but for me the B17 is something very special. From a very young wee man I always was amazed by it in the tv shows I saw about the war. To get to see it tomorrow will be amazing.

I have a half decent clip of the Sabre doing an impromptu fly-by at the don today but it isn't getting posted til after Flightfest is done and dusted. I hope there are no speed cameras on the quays tomorrow!

I know the feeling... Sally B's final (very) low pass over lisnabreeny memorial yesterday left me grinning and jumping about like a kid... Am used to all sorts from airshows, but having a B17 zooming low directly overhead was definitely a new experience for me!

I don't think it's going to be viewable online within Ireland, the Aer TV site keeps crashing with the traffic.

A few random snaps from Weston yesterday. Don't really have much of a clue about planes or photography, so apologies if these are all bog-standard everyday planes!:o

I'm in Dun Laoghaire. It's a great spot, parked in the harbour, planes at flying right over the car.

****ty camera phone but here's a few.

A few of the bigger jets have made turns over our house in Dartry - not a normal sight to have a low-flying jet overhead. Hopefully the B-17s might make it out here
