Hi just wondering if anyone can advise on this one??.Have started eating pinhead porridge with 1 teaspoon linseed each day for past week. Left me feeling bloated and hungry by mid morning. I usually eat weetabix with no problem but decided to try something different .

Why not standard rolled oats? What size portion? Around 40-50g is a nice sized portion

You could always stick to the weetabix, it wont kill you

No poopy doopys that is the problem !!. chose pinhead as it is so good for you rather than oat. maybe will stick to weetabix. Was just wondering if anyone else had similar experience.

Maybe reduce the amount you have and see if it affects you as much. Sometimes bloating is just down to quantity. Just one avenue to go down. If that's not the case, look at another aspect.
