Mobility in Belfast

I would like to firstly get assessed and secondly get some mobility / technique work done with a quality coach to make sure I can make the most of my pre season and get as strong as possible. Can anyone recommend a knowledgable trainer for me? Belfast area preferably.

I'm mostly concerned with my lack of range in the squat and deadlift - I find it hard to keep good body posture with the former and to get into a good starting position with the latter.

For the first one - ankles.

Ankles and Hips seem to be the most common problem areas.

I highly recommend Centaur gym. Its bang in the centre of Belfast.

Ask for Damien - he is fantastic.

I had a browse of their website and the whole 12 week physique thing seems a little gimmick-y. Can you vouch that he knows his stuff re: mobility and technique singlesnight?

The 12 week transformation is more Paul's thing.

Damien is very much into Primal Move (http://primalmove.com) and kettlebell training.
