Following the 16/8 approach with good results but now have to change training times. Normally train at 6 in the evening but gonna have to start getting in at 7am so looking for advice on when to eat. Normally Im fasting between bedtime and 4pm eating until 10pm and fast again. If I'm training the next morning what's the best approach or am I better moving to 3 day split? Currently doing 5 day single body part program. Thanks in advance!

One of my clients hated breakfast with a passion so we used this approach, He trained at 7am. I made him make up a 2 ltr bottle of water with ~40gm BCAA's, he'd sip that from 7am til 1300ish, then have lunch and continue eating til ~2100. He wasn't super strict on times, half hour here, an hour there depending on his work schedule. His results were great though. The one thing he did do was that he was very consistent week to week.

I got my hands on the exact program and set up martin from leangains gave to one of his online clients and its very different from what you'd think. 60-90 mins cardio 6 days a week for some with 15% bodyfat.

Thanks for all that guys ... amazingemmet I'm suprised about the Cardio. As far as I can call he works off a 3 day split. At 15% surely the client would have been better of hitting the gym as opposed to the roads! I can understand if he was 20+ but 15% is nearly there.
