Newbridge - date suggests for food / few drinks

Looking for some local knowledge...
Where in Newbridge would be good for date on a Friday night for food/ few drinks? Its not a first date but still want to make a good impression. Meeting in newbridge as kinda midway.

Had a quick look and Judge roy beans and swifts cropped up?
Any other places you could suggest?
If you have other suggestions either side of Newbridge please suggest these too as Newbridge not set in stone.

There is a lovely French/Irish Fusion restaurant on Georges street called Le Bistro its a nice spot. Pubs are just around the corner

Thaiger Restaurant is a Thai place with really nice place in the court yard shopping centre also a short stroll from local pubs

If your looking for food and drinks in same place Judge Roy Beans, Swifts and Harringtons (Which is down near the bridge across from Riverbank Theatre)

There is also Best Steak House & Bar on corner of Georges Street and Eyre Street.

I can highly recommend All Seasons restaurant for food and there is a lovely atmosphere too.
