    Hello I have got colitis at the moment and my diet is all messed up so I am trying to get it right to get on top of this problem.So has anyone ever been in this problem and needed to find a 100% natural protein powder that has not got any wheat,or milk,sugar,or anything that can disturb a problem like colitis?????Any help would be great thanks

    I ditched protein powders over a month ago. I've replaced it with some amino acid tablets and some glutamine and glycine.
