Ok here goes I have colitis and at the minute I have been doing damn all training because of this my head is going to go because of this and there isnt much advice on how to eat right to maintain proper training goals with my problem its pretty bad when you have to stop because of the health issue that is holding you back from training plus eating the right foods that dont trigger any upset with your bowel so anyone out there have a similiar story or advice to give regarding diet and proteins and creatins that you can or can not take ?????

Are you eating gluten? Try giving that up for a few weeks and see how you feel. In general, what foods trigger the symptoms?

Your posts will be easier to read and respond to if you break em into sentences

For the most part - you wanna base your diet around dead animals and veg.
