walking groups

    Hi Iam new to this so not sure if Iam in the right area, I was wondering if anyone knows of a walking club in the Naas area, or any other relativity cheap way to get out and keep fit, any replys much appreciated, bored of my trolley and don't want to gain weight in the winter, thanks

    meetup.com have walking groups. As far as I know you can join and then suggest a meet in your area.
