I've tried to bleed this about 30 times?? i get a small amount of air + kerosene on a few occasions but most of the times its just air.... I've 300 litres in the tank and checked to see valves etc at the tank and the boilers are correct?

is there any other thing i could try?

Disconnect the fuel line and see if you get a steady flow. If not its a airlock in the fuel line
