    Would these be considered clean guys??

    just had 2 with a banana and some natural organinc pb before the workout at 5pm

    I wouldnt mind having these at convience atm to be honest or are there better options?

    I actually asked about these here a year or two ago. The general consensus was that oat cakes would be better. I found the narins ones nice but as far as I remember they had added salt or sugar.

    I think the rice crackers would have a very GI so oats would be better for before a workout.
