Star Geoghegan (Carlow) might be a bit out of your way but worth the visit if you can spare it.

Doubt very much you'll be sorted out within a week. Best off seeing it out and then finding someone you can return to regularly where every you are properly based. Either that or see a doc and get some pain meds until such time

Thanks for threads!Feeling a lot better with my back.went to GP and he recommended physio who I saw near the regional hospital. The physio knew his stuff and I saw him twice.Between that and the meds it made the week more bearable.
    Cheers!

    Hi JP Jogger,
Can You give me the name & phone number of that Physio that You saw near the Hospital?
I have back pain myself & have seen two therapists in Waterford with no positive outcome. Maybe this would come of some good!

    Thanks,

Hello Benny, apologies for not getting back sooner to you.Peter Keane is his name and he is located at theCove Medical Center near the regional hospital. His number is 051843636.
I found him to be good and hands on work instead of putting a lot of machines on you.Would recommend him as he knows what he is doing and was able to get to the root of the problem.
