    Hey...
Im lookin for a healthy breakfast cereal. Im sick of Weetabix and I know that's one of the cereals with less added sugar etc. I was lookin at cheerios and they seem to be low in calories, sugar and fat, or am I just being brainwashed by all the false advertising on the packages?. Anyway to get to the point, can anyone give me a few cereals that would have a low fat, low calorie and low sugar content. I have no idea anymore with all the false advertising that is going on

Unsweetened muesli. Or make your own.

I don't think any of the usual Kellogs-type cereals are anything other than loaded in sugar and salt (yes, salt).

Tesco Swiss Muesli in the blue packet is cheap and tasty. No added sugar.

Still lots of sugar in it though due to high fruit content.

Experiment with how you prepare it. IMO, porridge done properly tastes amazing.

You don't have to cook porridge oats, I often just eat the oats with cold milk & some maple syrup. Or sometimes add in whey protein powder to thicken it.

You can also liquidise porridge oats with an egg & milk and make pancakes, easy way to get an egg in and most people like pancakes.

That's pretty much what I do. Maple syrup is awesome. Or make the pancakes if I have time, They taste awesome with some vanilla whey.

    Oat bran

Other than that ditch the cereal the options are endless:
    Bacon & eggs
    Avocado, Greek yogurt & nuts
Make extra meat and veg the evening before and have it for breakfast.

We are brain washed to have cereals for breakfast it's just another time to eat.
