Hi, I'm currently watching what I eat, and I was just wonderin what the deal is with these vit hit drinks? I'm looking for something with little sugar, small amount of calories, something that isn't that bad for you.... Basically something that wont cause weight gain and doesn't taste like muck. So far, these drinks seem to tick the boxes but I was just wondering are they good for someone who is trying to eat healthy or are they fattening?. By the way I might have a bottle every 2 to 3 days.

Look like vitamin tablets mixed with water and flavouring and charged at a 1000% markup tbh.
