I ordered stuff last week and it hasn't arrived yet. I tried phoning but there is no answer and my emails aren't being delivered because their inbox is full. Anyone know what the story is?

    From post 4 onwards.

AFAIK there was a fire in/near his premises and there have been issues since.

Thanks for that, looks like I'm not the only one so.

    Hi folks,
I ordered a chin-up unit from irish-lifting few weeks ago. The box was a bit bigger that I was expecting and when I opened it I found more tube sections than are shown on the home page of the website and than are even shown on the included assembly page.
My main concern, though, is that the main chin-up bar which should have turned-down ends, has turned-up ends. This is opposite to what is shown on the included instruction sheet and on any web images I have found - I reckon it would be impossible to pull myself up on this as my wrists would twist unnaturally. If I bolt it on the other way round, the bar does not slot correctly into the two supports and I am not willing to risk modifying any component and end up landing on my knees in my hallway. I tried phoning the number given on the website - 086 66 999 69, to ask for advice but just got through to voicemail.
I have attached a couple of pics of the tubing I received and a close-up of the turned up bar and would appreciate any suggestions. My main concern is just to get the basic frame working safely. If anyone can tell me how the extra bits slot in, it would be a bonus.

Tried phoning the same number this afternoon and was answered on 2nd ring. Spoke to Mike Keogh and he talked me through setting up the bars. The indents are not to slot the bars together - they are simply for the washer and nut.
The extra tubes are to be assembled for dips.
I reconnected everything and had a go. The chin-up unit works perfectly and it is up to me now to get the lead out and use it!
I can echo what other people on the forum have said - Mike is absolutely professional and I'll certainly buy from him again.
