Gyms in Stoneybatter/Dublin 7 area

I am about to move to Stoneybatter and I was wondering if there are any good gyms in the area. I know about the 1 Escape gym in Smithfield but I think it will be too expensive. I can't find prices online but i heard it is between €80-100 per month. Not sure if this true.

My last gym was Raw which i loved but I think it's too far away. I would ideally like something within walking distance as I'd like to go before work. I was thinking about the Ben Dunne gym at Jervis Street. Does anyone know what this is like? Is it very busy? It seems like very good value.

    thanks

Ben Dunne gym at Jervis is really affordable but it is always busy.

RAW is walking distance. I trained there when I lived in Stoneybatter and it's about a 40min walk max.
