Hi I'm at the end of my tether with this-my diet during the day is good, no calorie laden crap or stodgy carbs.. after 8pm in the evening however, the wheels come off, big time:confused: If anyone has any tips, diet .or otherwise on how to beat these cravings, i would be most grateful!

find yourself a hobby. Today evening, or I should say yesterday, I knitted from 7pm to 11pm - really enjoyed it, not a single thought about food. If I chose to watch TV instead - I most likely would have eaten something like half of the pack of nuts, half bar of 100% chocolate or snacked on same other goodness...

Housework does it for me in distracting me!! Other wise popcorn or carrots & hummus!! Or low cal yogurts!!
