How is everyone going about purchasing property after they've finished the last mission?

Are you buying certain properties with certain characters based on location/expertise? Or are you just going all out with one character?

Certain properties can only be bought by certain characters/choice of two. I've bought all par the 3 most expensive ones. Will likely have to do some huge gambles on the stock market before I can afford those.

On the road leading up the west side of the map, just after the ammunation (on the coast)there is a guy whose car has broken down, you have 3 minutes to get him to the airport and he gives you a stock market tip.

There is a road behing the ammunation, he is right on the corner at the end of where it comes back onto the motorway.

You could earn billions or lose millions :pac:

I'm doing it a bit like which character suits which property. Was going to buy Hookies as Trevor as it seemed to suit him, but it turns out it's a Lost MC bar so that's why he can't buy it.

I think my properties are:

Trevor - Tequi-La-La's, Hen House Strip Club, McKenzie Air Field, Vanilla Unicorn Strip club
Franklin - Scrapyard, Towing company, Downtown Cab Co., Hookies, Pitchers, Smoke on the Water, Los Santos Customs
Michael - Ten Cent Theatre, Sonar Collections Co.

All that's left are the other two cinemas (which I'll buy as Michael) and the golf club (might save that for Trevor )

I was michael when i met him and had completed the main story.

Yeah I was Michael too. Was on my way up to buy the Sonar Collections place at the time if I remember right.

Got about a 30% profit from what I'd invested.

Maybe about a day in terms of game time. Wasn't sure if I should wait longer but just said feck it, 30% was good enough. Hadn't invested all my money in it so wasn't going to get a huge payback.

Anyone going for the 100%? i am just doing the street races at the moment, but the 4th one isnt showing up, i know its ment to be on the freeway, but its not showing up on my map, tried ringing hao and checking email and messages, sleeping a few days and checking during right times 8pm-5 am i think it is?????????
