USB device not recognized

    Heres my problem ,
    My Usb Wifi adaptor and usb external hdd have stopped being recognised my usb mouse still works but nothing else usb. I have tried uninstalling / reinstalling the drivers but as soon as I restart the PC the problem starts up again ?
    Please help , I was up until 6am googling fixes on my phone .......

    usb has power limits, sometimes these are shared between nearby ports so try having HDD away from wifi ?
