Float €420. Just discussed this with Tom and I'm going to take €250 out to pay for the next 5 (+1 free) games. The Monday is fairly secure and we have enough confirmed for Thursday next so that leaves us only having to make sure we get enough people for the 2nd Thursday (seeing as the 3rd Thursday is free anyway).

At worst we'd break even and at best we'll have a float of €530 at the end of this 3 week cycle. After this cycle we can decide whether or not Thursday night is secure enough to continue paying ahead for both nights.

I think we will have no problems with Thursdays, we should pay up front & see how it is after these 3 week.
