    anyone happen to know where to buy frozen Kale? using spinach for smoothies at the moment but looking to lower the cost a little.

    I went looking for fresh kale in Galway...

    Couldn't find it. If anyone can help me out

    3 Tescos around me have fresh kale. They have it with 25% - 50% extra free sometimes.

    I've never been able to find frozen kale, I don't know why, afterall they have frozen spinach. Sometimes I can find fresh kale.

    I have found fresh kale at:
    health food shops which have local produce sections
    Farmer's market
    those overpriced "specialty" food shops - Donnybrook Fair type of thing.
    I haven't seen frozen kale. However the fresh kale was not that expensive, even in the wanker shop.

    Yep, they've added yellow recently so look for the clear bag of green leaves with yellow on some of the clear bag
