    This is not for definite but we have arranged a viewing for next week and one of the parties dropped out today. I'm 99% sure that we will get it, since there are several units available and the letting agent is already asking when we can move in. We are looking for a third tenant if this goes ahead.

    To share with one male and one female, both 23, self-employed in the film/tv and theatre industries respectively.
