I want to gain about 2 stone in weight, what foods should I include in my diet to gain the extra calories in a healthy way?

Also I should be asking, is there anything I can take to increase appetite too?

lots of clean eating and plenty of it

this covers it most (two videos )

part 2 - http://youtu.be/gXqBiIVB1dU (im told from 5.20min onwards people find most helpful)

    Oats and Milk.

Putting on that kind of weight without adding body fat is incredibly incredibly tough.

Can I ask your starting point and goal?

Thanks I will check out those videos when I get home!

I'm 5ft 5" and started at 7.5 stone. I have managed to get my weight up to just below 8 stone since I started drinking weight gain shakes but can't seem to get past that. I'm finding it tough to keep the weight on as well. I'm hoping to gain about another 2 stone. I think the biggest challenge is trying to get a bigger appetite. I've never ever had any sort of eating disorder, I just eat when I'm hungry and stop eating when I'm full ha but I guess I just don't feel hunger as much as other people do!

just depends on how important having more muscle is to you. Eat big to get bigger its really that simple - might add that if you are not doing proper weight training then you need to get working on that asap
