Hi, I just started this today and wondering if anybody else is currently doing it?
How have you found it......I was fit to keel over after about 10 mins today but stuck through it and felt great.
Did you notice a difference from it?

Yeah there will be a difference after a few days to 2 weeks depending on your starting fitness level, there has to be a difference, otherwise the person isn't doing it right! I do it a few days a week, not every day, just because I'm lazy/busy.

If you can, try to get a hold of Ripped in 30 - it has four levels instead of three, and is just a bit of an update of the 30 Day Shred really.

But either way, both are awesome. I love Jillian :D

Yes, stick with it and give it your all, you will definitely see results, especially in how many press ups etc you can manage. You'll build lovely muscle definition with it.

A word of warning, the morning after day 2 you'll probably wake up seized with muscle pain (DOMS). You'll feel like never touching it again but press ahead regardless, it's so worth it. And the pain is never anything like that again. I also like to do a few further yoga moves at the end if i have time to have a longer warm down than she allows for.

Best of luck, it's great. I genuinely believe it is the best return on investment you'll get anywhere for your 20 minutes of workout, completely easy to fit into a busy day.

Ya really good workout with good results if you stick with it- problem I have is I need to get out and about to get motivated or I will keep putting it off. Gillian knows her stuff besides all the nonsense marketing of her own brand products.

    I have done it twice.

The first time wasn't that difficult but I had huge DOMS the next day- usually DOMS takes a couple of days to kick in for me.

I did it again 2 days later while still quite sore and found the workout much easier despite the pain. No additional pain after either.

I will probably do it again in the morning.

If you're looking for a cheap, quick, effective workout, then yes.

Woohoo! Sounds brilliant, good luck :D
30 day shred/ripped in 30 are great for building up some strength/tone and increasing your fitness levels.

The only thing I would say about any exercise video is, you should be pretty confident in your form - it is easy enough to injure yourself if you're not sure what you're doing.

Thanks innad, I've done enough fitness classes to know correct form etc so I should be okay. I'm quite overweight so this is a HUGE (pardon the pun!) deal!

Nah don't worry, you'll be fine! It definitely is worth sticking with - you really can't beat a 20 minute workout in your living room for effective use of time and money ;)

Don't forget that your diet is a massive (and the major) part of this plan. Afaik she has a nutritional section to go along with her workouts - or you could just use the stickies posted here for advise and information.
