Pádraig Ó Duinnín from meitheal Mara in cork would be the best currach builders I know of, we built a few currachs in college with them Last year.

O'Malley's in Achill make a great currach.
They have definately evolved a bit over the years to concentrate on using
an outboard engine more than the oars and they finish them in fibreglass rather than tar and canvas.
I'll try to get a picture of one...

Jesus I was miles off.
My dad keeps his boat at cé bheag in kildownet.
Haven't been down in 2 years though. Feckin college.

I'm almost 100% sure there was a new currach launched in Clontarf in Dublin a couple of years ago, can't remember who built it though.
