This deal is back again for the new FIFA. Have used this for the past few years, always works out wayyyy cheaper than buying the game on it's own anywhere else. Granted it may not arrive on release day but it's worth it for the savings.

Works out at €43.44 for the game and 2 pairs of Ben Sherman boxers.

Do they send the boxers and the games at the same time or they send them separately?

Usually the boxers come after a week or so, and the game arrives a day or two after release date. Although last year I think mine arrived on release date.

Got this deal the last two years...first year was Levi's boxers which were grand. But the Ben Sherman ones last year are the most uncomfortable boxers in the world!

Thehut has probably one of the worst customer service: there is no phone number in order to call them as i had a small mistake in the delivery address, and had to cancel straight after ordering in order to amend the address. They cancelled fifa 14 but didn't cancel the boxers even though i cancelled the whole order a few minutes after ordering. Sent them several emails with no reply and now i get an automated email telling me that the boxers are dispatched while fifa 14 is cancelled...

Be careful.
I just ordered and got charged £57.97 (buying in Sterling is cheaper going through cc).
Couldn't figure out why until I checked and not all of the boxers are included in the offer!
I cancelled the order immediately and purchased a different pair and they were £34.98 which is the correct price.

I guess you were lucky since you managed to cancel all your order. maybe because both items were not tight together as with the 34.98£ offer, in which case they'll only cancel fifa and keep the boxers!
I'm still waiting for a reply from their " customer service ".

Did anyone notice this in their email. Surely once you have paid you have paid, can't charge you extra to get Fifa out to you before the boxers?

ordered yesterday , boxers dispatched this morning. not much of a fifa player for the last number of years , but i will give it another crack. good price for the two items, even if i trade in the game at a later stage.

i am also interested in what is the difference between the two editions

Ultimate edition includes 24 Gold Packs (1 per week for 24 weeks).
Standard edition you get 4 FUT Gold Packs.

That is the only difference. It is just extra packs and it seems to be 20 pound more expensive for Ultimate. You are still getting a great deal here, I will be ordering when the paycheck comes in in two weeks. Thanks OP.

Tried to email care@thehut.com to explain my situation ( email found in their site ), and got the following error "The error that the other server returned was:
550 5.1.1 <care@thehut.com>... User unknown" .

Basically the address doesn't exist any more.

The customer service appear to be a joke, and if you happen to have any problems with your order, don't expect the same customer service as other sites like amazon etc

Mine was supposedly despatched last Friday but still no sign of it. Tracking says "on route to the receiver" since Tuesday.




I know I'll get it eventually, but I certainly hope it doesn't take this long when they send out the game.

Here is the tracking history for mine

Fri 16/08/2013 09:36: Your order has been processed at the UK export facility. It is now on route to the receiver.
Mon 19/08/2013 11:00: Your order has arrived at the interim distribution point for onward relay to the destination country. We expect delivery within a few days but no further tracking information is available.

Yet not sign of it . I hope that the game won't take that long.
