Cardio with badly damaged ankle?

    Any decent cardio that doesn't involve bearing weight/pushing off with your legs?

    Bad ankle injury and I'm able to still do upper body strength training but no cardio.

    Select four upper body movements, pick a weight you can can lift ~10 times repeat them circuit fashion for desired time.
