I had the Zoom treatment done by my dentist a few months ago. I got the trays and the top up gel to use at home. Does anyone know if I use the home kit do I have to avoid tea, coffee, red wine etc to the same extent as I did after the treatment in the surgery. My dentist is on holidays, hence the post here and not a quick…
