    It's happened a couple of times on here before that someone has thought that I was a woman. I'm not sure what that says about me.

    Sometimes I'm confused for a girl, not to much on boards anymore.

    I find though that a lot of time people assume posters that don't use realname based usernames are male though

    yes, quite often.

    People stereotype, some will form an opinion based on your name, some on how you write and topics you write about.

    I always find it fun when they find out otherwise.
