I'm currently trying to plough through college work and have somehow jointed me back.

No idea whats gone wrong but I simply dont have the time to worry about it for a few weeks.

What is the best pain killer for lower back pain? I seem to remember a similar occurance a few years back and using nurofen plus...are these still over the counter?

    Don't worry I'm not a twitching codeine addict :P

Thanks in advance for any help guys.

reckon this tread will be busted soon.

Have you tried epsom salts in hot baths you can get a big tub in a chemist and add a mug full to a bath, works wonders on aches and pains.
