I downloaded the latest version and I'm not a big fan of it. The biggest irk I have with it that I can't pan across. I have to zoom out, hover over the area with the cursor and zoom in.

What do people think of the new Google maps?

As in, click and drag doesn't move the map? What browser? Works fine for me in Firefox and Chrome at least

My only complaint about it is that it's slow on Firefox. I normally just use Chrome for it, rather than waiting about.

Boardsie Enhancement Suite - a browser extension to make using Boards on desktop a better experience (includes full-width display, keyboard shortcuts, dark mode, and more). Now available through your browser's extension store.

I'm using Firefox. When I click on the wheel on the mouse, it doesn't pan over like the old maps.

Isn't that exactly the same as what left-clicking does?

Yes it is, I'm just after realising that now. I was used to pressing the wheel. Cheers.
