Satellite Transponder

Hea folks. I got a free to air box and dish recently... Just wonder what the name of the Transponder I meant to be scanning on... I've searched online but can't seem to get this answer anywhere. I'm living out towards Strandhill side of Sligo town. Cheers, T

Its not a transponder you need to find, its the satellite - presumably you are looking for ASTRA Is the dish pointing at the right bit of the sky? 28.2 east and about 20 degree above horizontal
