    Branched chain amino acids

    Anyone here any experience with taken this supplement? if so did it help with building muscle, recovery or longer workouts..etc

    If you are getting enough high quality protein for your body mass on daily basis you will not see any benefit from it. BCAA's are found to be beneficial if diet is deficient in protein, but then why take expensive BCAA if you can just increase your protein intake.

    In fact 90% supplements out there are waste of money. Make sure your diet is sorted in the first place.

    I find them beneficial during a cut to help with recovery. Other than that, I wouldn't bother with them. They're over kill if maintaining or bulking, in my opinion.
