Okay, for a guy, when we w**nk does our arm muscle or hand muscle grow??, because I cannot count the amount of times I did it
For girls when ye f**nger, same question applied, do ye gain muscle or see any difference ??

Well I pulled some weight's now and again, so I doubt that will work.
