could be many things, hernia in the esophagus, h.pylori bacteria, reaction to food.

Do you drink fruit juice or fizzy drinks before/during running?

I would go see a DR to determine the cause.

Are you sure it's heart burn and not just you being fcuked from the sprints

dont think so it goes on for a good while after wards,one or two rennie and its gone, then the next time i do the drills the same thing

If nothing else has changed then eliminate the drink. If you stop the heartburn then you have your answer. If you still get it then go to a dr as there may be something else more serious.
