Healthy Eating Plan

    Hi, Just looking for a healthy eating plan to help me tone up. I have access to weights at home. so will be using them. also play sports twice a week and on weekends. Just looking to tone up more and lose some fat of my belly. Im 6ft2 and weigh 82kg.

    Just looking for some advice on a healty eating plan as im not sure what way to go about it. Thanks :D

    Hey Stig - I used to do Weight Watchers and sang from the conventional wisdom hymn sheet - low fat, high fibre, high carb, lots of wholegrains etc. But I posted here one day and began to see that what I was eating was basically sh!te!

    I was recommended a book called "The Primal Blueprint" by Mark Sisson and it has literally changed my life.

    Mark thinks we should eat more like our ancestors - a diet full of fresh veg, fruit, meat, eggs, nuts and seeds. He says to go organic as much as you can and cut out processed foods. This isn't some silly fad diet that makes you lose ten pounds in a week - it's about really listening to your body and giving it nourishment. You will of course lose weight if you are overweight too.
