im in my early 30s and there was a charity cycle on a week ago so i got a lend of a bike 3 days before the event. it was a 80k cycle and i did it comfortably enough. i was looking into the cycle to work scheme and was going to get a bike for myself and try it. i found out the bile i got a loan of was a 59cm raleigh one…

i just wanted to know what i need to look for when i getting a my new bike, ive went into 3 cycle shops and ive been told 3 diff things. ie frame size is most important/ frame size matters little as can raise saddle height.

any info be great.
