The ole creatine, glucosamine, taurine combo.

    Anybody out there taking this?

been talking to a few lads in the gym recently and youd swear it was manna from the gods!

2nd question, if any of ye are taking it, are ye buying the 3 separate or just a mixed one? and is there anything other than price/value I should be looking at?

I'd agree with Creatine being useful and I'd buy it separately. Glucosamine is pretty useless, and I don't know anything about taurine other than it gets thrown around everywhere as an awesome selling point.

I thought CGT was creatine, glutamine and taurine

    That would make more sense.
