What foods are your go to when your dieting ?

Mine is doritos salsa (I put this on sambos with chicken) , and herbs and spices to save putting any sauces on my meats, egg whites and broccolli mix from lidl. Anyone else have any good choices I havent thought of?

    Kale salad.

Just shred kale, and dress with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt & pepper and parmesan cheese, make it about 1 hour before you intend to eat it.

    Thank me later.

So don't cook kale at all, just shred raw?

You could make your own salsa.
Home made guacamole is also yummy. (The problem here is eating it all in one go!)
They are both really simple to make.

For meats I always use garlic, ginger, chillis and various herbs and spices and use crushed tomato (pasata) as a base for the sauce.
