Question regarding chicken fillets here if anyone can give me a good answer...

Friends of mine will do their meal prep on Sundays and cook chicken fillets for the whole week and keep them in the fridge... I would usually make mine and eat there and then but due to a new job I have started I am wondering how many days are they safe to be left in the fridge having been cooked?

I guess it depends on what it's cooked in. Some sauces would last longer than others. Personally, if it's cooked, I wouldn't leave it in the fridge more than 48 hours. You're better off freezing it IMO and then taking it out in morning before going to work or whatever.
