    My gf has been going to the gym to lose weight.Her instructor has recommended she takes on whey protein(they sell it in the gym)does anyone know of an alternative to On whey(its bloody expensive)She was told its the best as it has a low fat and high protein count

    Almost every gym instructor is told to sell and push whatever product they stock. Don't take any notice of that, im sure others here can advise alternatives which do the same thing.

    Ye that was my first thought.On Whey is a top brand but surely there is something similar for cheaper

    My Protein or The Protein Works are both cheaper,TPW are roughly 22 euro per kilo,i think..
    All newbies get caught in the ON trap till the pocket screams NOOOOOOO!!!!
