Hi, I was wondering if anyone here has tried the paleo autoimmune protocol? I came across it when researching my first whole 30, as I have an underactive thyroid and am coeliac. The autoimmune protocol seems quite restrictive, in that certain veg are banned like peppers and tomatoes! Basically I just would like to know if anyone has tried it/thinks it could be a good idea for health purposes or if its a bit too restrictive. Not looking to lose weight, already eat 90 percent paleo, just wondering if this could help my autoimmune issues! Thanks
