Starting Date of Masters in BIS

When is the starting dates of taught masters? I've never gone to UCC and so used to UL that I assumed it was the first week of September.:confused: And when are the 'starter packs' sent out to the students. Was planning to hand my notice in a work soon, might hold off for two weeks if that's the case.

I finished it about 2 years ago, really enjoyed it. Relevant, interesting coursework and very strong employment prospects coming out of it
