I don't think a tummy tuck is the only answer.

Can you post up a typical days diet?

    Would you consider strength training?

Stench blossoms i will try anything as cannot afford tummy tuck but am veryu self consious of this to the point of being uncomfortable and it has affected my confidence so much. what is strength training.

Brekkie : egg and 2 slice of mc cambridge brown bread & benecol yougurt drink
lunch : chicken or fish with tomatoes, cucumber and chesse
dinner : meat , veg and maybe small bit of potatoe but i try to stay away from it.
late evening: cuppa and biscuit or choclate

on evening going to gym instead of dinner i would have a protein shake as gym about hour after work .

You input what you are eating in a website like myfitnesspal.com

Weigh out everything for a week or so.

It doesn't look like you are eating very much.

Strength training would lifting weights, doing bodyweight exercises etc.

You won't turn into a she-beast by doing this. You'll build muscle, lower body fat giving you a more 'toned' look.

its just a hunch but if your cycling 176km and thats all your eating then its a possibility your just not eating enough to be losing the fat you want to lose.

I'd go with Stench Blossoms idea...change nothing about your diet, use myfitnesspal.com for a week and come back and post what your daily intake is....this will give people here a better idea of whats going on and what needs to be done!!
