Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does doing exercise work? Is that what you are asking?

To answer your question specifically. Yes, I've tried TRX and yes, it works.

its a training tool in the same way bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells etc are training tools.

Get some proper instuction and use it but it shouldnt be the only thing you do

I started doing TRX a couple of months ago and I'm finding it great.
I'm now doing 2 classes a week. Like any class you can put in effort or not. I always find that I get a really good workout from it. I view it as cardio more than resistance. I also do resistance training separately during the week so as transform said it's a complement to your exercise routine not just the only thing you do.
I've only been to the one place but I have heard thet there can be a bit of variability in the quality of the classes offered. So if you are doing classes make sur eyou get recommended a good one.
There are different progressions in the exercises so if you are brand new don't worry there should be an easy version and a harder version of every movement.
I really like it and highly recommend it.

I've been doing TRX for 5 weeks now, 3-4 classes a week. I had a baby 12 weeks ago so wanted to do something that would help me tone up but in a way I would "enjoy" aswell after getting the go ahead from my GP. I can definitely say it works, it's intense but I am really really enjoying it. Would definitely recommend.
