There's a wealth of videos good and bad. In my opinion you'll be much better off hiring or going to a reputable trainer to walk you through the basic movements.

This a.) shouldn't cost you too much for a session or two b.) will prob save you injuries and c.) set you on a great foundation for going forward.

That's not to say its not possible to learn from videos but in my experience what people think they're doing and what they're actually doin are often two different things.

I was the same as yourself, got into a good routine but too many machines..I dunno why all gyms insist on having so many machines.

You could try out the book New Rules of Lifting supercharged.. Pretty decent, just finished week 1 and already feeling stronger, better etc..etc..

Still, as was said, you can`t beat a decent trainer to show you the movements properly.
