    Hi guys,

I'm hoping some people here will be able to give me a bit of advice / pointers regarding diet, supplements, shakes etc... basically anything that might help.

What I'm hoping for is mainly to build some power and strength, whilst getting fitter and faster than I currently am or at least not losing any speed.

It's mainly for sports (hurling, football) that I'm looking to make some headway with this, but as an overall plan I'm hoping to become healthier and in better shape, get that spring back in my step.

    Some background info:
    - I'm 20 years old
    - 6' 4 and around 13st mark maybe a little more
    - Not looking to lose any weight as I'm quite slim
    - Strong lower body, main problem is weak upper body
    - Most gym work I've done has been resistance work, using Keiser resistance gym machines, along with push-ups, sit-ups etc..
    - Diet has been poor enough whilst in college, but back home now so eating properly! :pac:

Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated!
