Annoying Mouse/Pointer function

    Hi,

    Can anyone tell me what this icon symbolizes and how to remove this function? I've looked in the control panel under Mouse, but it's not there.

    Whatever way i'm used to using the touchpad, this is happening quite a bit, very frustrating.

    Look for Chiral Motion/Scrolling in the Synaptics control panel and turn it off.
