    I've read the risks and everything online, has anybody else went on the stuff? How did you get on? Will be using the pills in conjunction with "Insanity" – could it be dangerous? Also, is it even possible to get Ephedrine in Ireland by ordering it online? I've seen different places just using "EC stack" removing the aspirin altogether, is the aspirin really required?

    Does anybody know where I can buy Ephedrine online? Any sort? Having a hard time finding it. :pac:

    EDIT: Found this website, is it legit? http://centurysupplements.com/ephedrine-hcl-150-tabs Might as well go for it anyways.

    I tried it for a bit, wasn't worth it at all. It's prescription only so you can't purchase it and any you order online will be seized by customs and you'll get a letter from the Irish medicines board asking you to explain yourself.

    Ordered some Kaizen ephedrine + caffeine tablets anyway, worth a shot. Surely caffeine isn't prescription only? :P

    Well your caffeine will get through customs fine but the ephedrine won't, so in the end you'll end up with some pretty expensive caffeine tablets and a nice letter from the IMB.

    On the miniscule chance it does get through the ec/a stack will only raise your metabolic rate by about 5% which in the grand scheme of things is **** all. It does work as an appetite suppressant in my experience and there's evidence it helps the body burn more fat than normal but the trade off (at least for me) was a prolonged bout of insomnia, irritability, jitters and some pretty funky comedown like effects after tapering off it. Like I said imo it's not worth it, just sort your diet out and train hard.
